TV is DYING! (Slowly)

Throughout my childhood, I have watched many TV shows and I still do today. I used to always watch an episode of Pokemon every morning and now I watch a new episode of Doctor Who every week. But nowadays I could just steam it online on Netflix, Shomi, and Crunchyroll. Although TV shows could be now streamed online, there s still live TV news being broadcasted and many people including myself watch it everyday.

TV cable has many channels to offer such as Space, Discovery Channel, etc. These channels soon made it on the internet and could then be streamed online. This made cable TV die down dramatically as more people watch their shows online. People prefer streaming online probably because that there are less ads being run, a wider variety of shows to watch, and can be watched whenever they want to.

Regular cable TV offers whole series marathons, a better family bonding, and live broadcasted news. The shows used to be actually good and funny but the shows being aired these days are getting more dull as the years pass by.

TV will eventually get surpassed by online streaming, since they offer better deals most of the time with greater video qualities. New shows are constantly being dumped into the online streams and cable TV is turning duller as the time goes by. So I would agree that TV is dying slowly and that Netflix and other online streaming websites will take over.
